I’m a medical physiologist and a medical student in his clinical years, with a background in human physiology, metabolism, and lifestyle-based health optimization.

Over the years, I’ve studied how factors like nutrition, training, sleep, stress, recovery, and daily habits influence health, aging, and performance over time. I’ve also applied these principles personally and in real-world settings, which helped me see a clear gap in how health information is usually presented.
